Getting Third-Person

When you’re trying to tell a story through a creative medium, whether it be comics, films, literature, etc. It’s important to stay third-person. Sometimes, if you get too first-person, what ends up happening is you write things that don’t make sense to anybody but you. I mean, it’s cool to be esoteric, and you should definitely be writing things that you find funny and entertaining, not what either people might find entertaining.

But, you should, if you want other people to experience what you make, make sure that your work is coherent.
