Who are you?

My name is Ian. I'm an aspiring cartoonist/animator with enormous ambitions. I'm not making any money off of this site, I'm just doing it for the love of the craft. If I ever were to start making money off of my work, I would put most likely put it towards sustaining myself so I could continue to be creative. I've been drawing for just about as long as I can remember, I've been interested in animation as well for a long time, but comic-writing is my oldest passion. Throughout my life, I've read a lot of comics, and seen a lot of animations. But there are some key people I admire and who have had a strong influence on my work, people like: Bill Watterson, Charles Schulz, Edd Gould, The Brothers Chaps, and Matt Groening, just to name a few. I hope that I will be able to keep doing what I'm doing for years to come, and that I will continue to better myself and my work.

Who is Redman?

Redman is, at face value, my definitive internet alias. But he might technically also exist as a character within the universe of my comics, so keep an eye out for that. How did I come up with this alias, you may ask? Redman was a joke character that me and one of my friends came up with while playing the video game Dark Souls. Yeah, no joke.

What program(s) do you use?

Right now, I work with Adobe Flash, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Audacity, Autodesk Sketchbook Pro 6, Blender, and Swivel.

Can we collaborate?

Maybe. I'm always open to suggestion or collaboration, it just has to be something good. If you think you have something good, get my attention at (redmancomicsreal@gmail.com). If it's something really crazy, though, I might expect to be paid. I'm very busy working on my own projects, so I can't afford a lot of time.

Anything else?

Well, I'll close by saying this. If you like what you see here, I ask you to check back on the site often.
